SUDHI Board partners gathered around a walnut boardroom table

How the Board thinks

Ten perspectives. One visible decision method.

SUDHI does not present an unexplained answer as authority. The Board works from the goal and evidence you authorize, compares competing paths, and makes the uncertainty, falsifier, and next test visible.

Take the CEO seat

The method

Five dimensions before five moves.

Each review starts by checking whether the decision has enough factual, human, timing, alternative, and system context to support a move. Missing lenses become a prompt to verify—not a reason to fake confidence.

  1. 01

Bind the room to one decision

The Board starts with the exact question, active outcome, proof standard, deadline, and constraints. It does not widen the agenda or take actions for you.

  2. 02

    Scan five decision dimensions

Facts tests what is evidenced. People tests stakeholders and trust. Timing tests sequence. Alternatives tests assumptions and falsifiers. System tests dependencies, incentives, and second-order effects.

  3. 03

    Separate evidence from inference

When you request current information, every partner receives the same public-source bundle. The room distinguishes source-backed facts, Board inference, and what remains unknown.

  4. 04

    Compare five possible forks

The Board proposes five materially different paths. SUDHI scores their fit to the five-dimensional read, normalizes the competing likelihoods to 100%, and shows what would change each estimate.

  5. 05

    Choose a reversible next move

The best path still needs a small test, a falsifier, and a closeout. You save the link, reply, artifact, partial result, or blocker so the next review starts from evidence.

Forecast percentages

A forecast is a conditional comparison, never a promise.

Each displayed percentage is the Board’s relative posterior for one of five competing paths. It is calculated from evidence quality, five-dimensional coverage, each path’s fit to the current decision, downside, and remaining option value.

The five percentages always total 100% because they are alternative paths, not five separate guarantees. Every path includes the evidence that would lower its estimate, the trigger that would reorder the paths, and the smallest reversible test.

Before SUDHI has resolved enough of your prior forecasts, the calculation is explicitly marked as a prior. Once outcomes are recorded, future estimates can be adjusted against that history.

The Board partners

Each seat owns a different pressure test.

The names and speaking styles make the room legible. They are distinct AI personas—not people in a live meeting—and no partner has authority over your decision.

01

Strategy / Strategic Lens

Soren Veld

The Cold Strategist

Pressure test: Outcome, leverage, tradeoff, and the path that creates the clearest advantage.

Strip away wishful framing. Ask what will actually be done next.

02

Operator / Operating Lens

Rajan Mehta

The Wise Operator

Pressure test: Scope, sequence, and the smallest version that can be completed on time.

Turn the decision into a bounded step that fits the available time.

03

Risk / Risk Lens

Nao Mitsuru

The Still Water

Pressure test: Downside, resilience, and the evidence required before a commitment is safe enough.

Use the fewest useful words. State the hard constraint without drama.

04

Customer / Customer Lens

Claire Ashwood

The Gentle Mirror

Pressure test: User signal, usefulness, and whether the move earns a real response.

Warm, specific, and unhurried. Lead with what the user can verify.

05

Finance / Finance Lens

Mira Patel

The Systems Architect

Pressure test: Cost, runway, return, and the option value protected by waiting or testing.

Name the operating constraint, then propose the executable path.

06

Growth / Growth Lens

Imani Osei

The Radiant Truth-Teller

Pressure test: Message, adoption, and the smallest distribution test that creates learning.

Bring energy without hype. Name the next action plainly.

07

Talent / Talent Lens

Elara Blackwood

The Southern Matriarch

Pressure test: Sustainable pace, leadership impact, and whether the move can be repeated with integrity.

Protect the sustainable pace. Keep advice warm and practical.

08

Systems / Systems Lens

Kenji Ito

The Precision Mirror

Pressure test: Dependencies, incentives, feedback loops, and second-order effects.

Remove excess. State one measurable standard and one action.

09

Research / Research Lens

Selene Voss

The Elegant Provocateur

Pressure test: Assumptions, sources, counterfactuals, and the question that could overturn the plan.

Test the assumption that would make the move fail.

10

Evidence / Evidence Lens

Evan Mercer

The Grounded Ally

Pressure test: Observable proof, closeout discipline, and what the record must contain tomorrow.

Use clear everyday language and ask for visible proof.

What remains yours

The Board advises. You decide. The record stays inspectable.

Live web research runs only when you ask for it or pose a current-facts question. Attachments enter only when you select a security-cleared file for that specific turn. Gmail, voice, and any external action each require their own consent and confirmation boundary.
