SUDHI provides productivity guidance, planning, voice focus, and evidence capture. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial advice, and not emergency, diagnostic, therapeutic, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and information you enter.

Connected accounts and files

You choose whether to connect Gmail or read-only Google Calendar and whether to attach documents or media. Do not connect an account you do not control. SUDHI does not silently send, trash, or permanently delete Gmail messages; a mail-changing action requires an explicit confirmation and is recorded for your workspace.

Subscriptions and Apple billing

Voice plans are Free, Plus, and Pro tiers. When auto-renewable subscriptions are offered in the iOS app, Apple In-App Purchase is the only payment method for those digital features and voice limits. Before confirmation, Apple displays the localized price, billing period, and renewal terms for the product you select.

An auto-renewable subscription renews automatically for the next billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges your Apple ID account and handles localized taxes, refunds, renewal, and billing records. You can restore purchases in SUDHI and manage or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple subscription management. Deleting a SUDHI account does not itself cancel Apple billing.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete the account and associated SUDHI workspace from in-app Settings or the account-deletion page. Deletion is not a temporary deactivation. Apple billing records remain governed by Apple.

Service status

Features, limits, provider availability, and integrations may change. Do not rely on SUDHI as your only record of important work. Do not use it for urgent situations or as a substitute for a licensed professional.
