These terms describe the SUDHI productivity and reflection workspace.
Product boundary
SUDHI provides productivity guidance, planning, voice focus, and evidence capture. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial advice, and not emergency, diagnostic, therapeutic, or professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, actions, and information you enter.
Connected accounts
You choose whether to connect Gmail and which access tier to grant. Do not connect an account you do not control. SUDHI does not silently send, trash, or permanently delete Gmail messages; side effects require an explicit confirmation and are recorded for your workspace.
Subscriptions and Apple billing
Voice plans are Free, Plus, and Pro tiers. Digital features and voice limits are unlocked only through Apple In-App Purchase in the iOS app. Product IDs, localized prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are controlled by Apple and the configured RevenueCat entitlement adapter. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple subscription management. Deleting a SUDHI account does not itself cancel Apple billing.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete the account and associated SUDHI workspace from in-app Settings or the account-deletion page. Deletion is not a temporary deactivation. Apple billing records remain governed by Apple.
Service status
Features, limits, provider availability, and integrations may change. Do not rely on SUDHI as your only record of important work. Do not use it for urgent situations or as a substitute for a licensed professional.
